Some simple terms and conditions are:
- The rental period is of the office is from 7am to 8pm each day
- The rate does not include overnight accommodation
- A maximum of two people can work safely in a room
- The rental agreement is for use as an office space only
- Personal belongings or equipment can be left in the room overnight and at weekends in between consecutive booking dates, however there is no access to the room in that period.
- The room will be fully serviced every Friday
- Rubbish bins will be emptied daily
- Phone charges apply if the hotel phone is used
- The hotel bed can be removed if required
