Is there parking at the hotel? – The hotel itself does not have a car-park but the closest car parking station is Connolly Station which is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Please see attached information on local car parks

Parking at the Irish Life Mall – we have also a partnership with Irish Life Mall for overnight parking

Is there a lift in the hotel? – Yes our hotel has several lifts to upper floors

What time is check-in? – Our check in time is 3pm

What time is check-out? – Our check out time is 12pm

Is there somewhere I can store my luggage until check-in? – Of course, we have a secure storage area and would be happy to assist if you wish to store your luggage until check-in

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi? – Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

How do I get to Dublin City Centre from the hotel?  – The hotel is located right in the heart of Dublin City Centre and less than a 10 minute walk from O’Connell Street. There are ample buses/trains to get you to different parts of Dublin. A member of our concierge or reception teams will happily assist you with any directions or transport queries

How do I get from the airport to the hotel/from the hotel to the airport?  – You can take a taxi from Dublin Airport to hotel which should cost roughly €20-25.  There is also a City Bus that leaves every few minutes from Airport and drops you just around the corner from the hotel

Is there a taxi rank nearby?   There is a taxi rank at Connolly Station opposite The Address Connolly, and our reception and concierge teams can also book a taxi for you if required

Is there air conditioning at the hotel? – Yes, all bedrooms have air-conditioning

Are there hairdryers in the rooms? – Yes, all rooms are equipped with a salon quality hairdryer

Is there an iron in the room? – Yes, all rooms are equipped with an iron

Is the hotel close to the 3Arena?  – Yes, you can catch a LUAS from just opposite our hotel, taking approximately 5 minutes to the 3Arena

Can you walk to Temple Bar from the hotel? – Yes, Temple Bar is just a 10-15 minute walk

Can you smoke in the hotel? – All areas in the hotel and bedrooms are Smoke-Free Zones. Instead, we offer a designated smoking area off our Cookhouse & Bar

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible? – Yes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible

Are there any special amenities I can add to my stay? (i.e. chocolates, prosecco, flowers) – Of course, these can be ordered online throughout checkout or you can contact us directly

Is the hotel within walking distance of Croke Park? – Yes, Croke Park is a 10-15 minute walk from our hotel

Where is the closest ATM? – There is an ATM in the local Spar Store which is located adjacent to the Hotel
