Two day Itinerary in Dublin

Day one 

Morning: Start your day with a visit to Trinity College, Ireland’s oldest university. Explore the stunning Book of Kells exhibition and the awe-inspiring Long Room Library. Take a leisurely walk down Grafton Street, Dublin’s famous shopping street. Enjoy the street performers and pop into some unique shops and cafes. Head to the Powerscourt Centre for a range of dining options. Enjoy a meal in this elegant Georgian townhouse-turned-shopping center.

Afternoon: Relax with a stroll through St Stephen’s Green. Enjoy the landscaped gardens, statues, and serene atmosphere. Discover Ireland’s rich history at this fascinating museum. Don’t miss the impressive collection of medieval artifacts and the famous Bog Bodies.

Evening: Experience Dublin’s vibrant nightlife in the Temple Bar area. Enjoy traditional Irish music, lively pubs, and a wide selection of restaurants.

 

Day two

Morning: Begin your day with a visit to the Guinness Storehouse, Ireland’s top tourist attraction. Learn about the history of Guinness, enjoy interactive exhibits, and savour a pint at the Gravity Bar with panoramic views of Dublin. Explore the stunning Christ Church Cathedral, one of Dublin’s oldest buildings. Don’t miss the crypt and the unique exhibition on the cathedral’s history. Head to the nearby Dublin Castle and have lunch in one of the cafes around the castle grounds. Afterward, take a guided tour of the historic state apartments and the medieval undercroft.

Afternoon: Visit Kilmainham Gaol, a former prison turned museum. Learn about Ireland’s struggle for independence and the stories of the leaders who were imprisoned here. Spend a relaxing afternoon in Phoenix Park, one of the largest enclosed parks in Europe. Visit Áras an Uachtaráin (the President’s residence) and the Wellington Monument. If time permits, explore the Dublin Zoo located within the park.

Evening: Enjoy a delicious food in NORTH Eatery, there’s a large variety of cocktails and wines. End your evening with some live traditional Irish music. Many pubs in City Centre feature nightly performances.
